What we do
Soft washing is cleaning with chemistry instead of force. A biocidal cleaning solution is applied at garden-hose pressure, left to kill the moss, algae and lichen, then rinsed. Nothing gets blasted, so nothing gets damaged – and because the treatment kills the growth at the root rather than shaving the top off, the surface stays clean far longer than a pressure wash.
