About ML Property Maintenance

A family-run Motherwell business that cleans, repairs and protects the outside of homes across Lanarkshire.

Martin’s story

ML Property Maintenance is Martin Delaney’s business. It started with a pressure washer and a van in Motherwell, doing driveways and roofs for neighbours, and grew job by job into what it is now: a small team that cleans, repairs and coats the outside of houses across North and South Lanarkshire, Glasgow and Ayrshire.

Martin still quotes every job and works on most of them. Jamie and the rest of the team have been with us long enough that customers ask for them by name. We’re a sole trader, not a franchise – which means when you call the number on this site, you get the person who’s going to do the work.

How we work

Free quotes, free advice. Martin will tell you if something doesn’t need doing.
No deposit. We don’t take money up front. You pay once the job’s finished and you’ve checked it.
Guaranteed. All our work is guaranteed, and as a member since 2022 every job is covered by their £1,000 guarantee.
Insured. Public liability cover for domestic, commercial and industrial work.
Tidy. Gardens, paths and driveways cleared before we leave. It’s the thing customers mention most.

An excellent, professional team who arrived in good time, completed the roof maintenance on time and at the agreed price, left everything spotless afterwards, and carried out the work with virtually no disruption to our home or garden.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Martin was prompted on replying to our inquiry and getting our new gutters and fascias which was needed. He did it in 1 day and reasonably price for front and back. We will be booking him to check and clean the roof and also paint and fix cracks on the exterior walls in the future 😊

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Martin and his team done a fantastic job on our property, we now have a roof that looks like new again. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone, especially nowadays with there being so many cowboys out there. Martin knows his stuff and was a pleasure to deal with, thanks again!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Excellent workmanship and very professional service from Martin and John. Replaced our old board fascias and soffits with white uPVC and replaced guttering, downpipes and trims, taking our house from grubby to great!! Can't recommend them enough - fabulous from quote to job finish. Also very tidy workers.
Their work is so impressive, they got similar work from our neighbours. Thanks again!
