We started ML Property Maintenance as a pressure washing business, and cleaning is still most of what we do. Roofs, driveways, patios, gutters, render, roughcast, fascias, conservatories – if it’s outside and it’s dirty, we’ve cleaned it somewhere in Lanarkshire.
The important bit is knowing what to use where. A 3,000 psi jet is right for a monoblock drive and wrong for a rendered wall or an old slate roof. So we pressure wash the hard surfaces, soft wash the delicate ones, and use biocide treatments that keep moss and algae off for years rather than months. Martin will tell you which your job needs when he quotes it.

- Quote: Call, WhatsApp photos, or use the form. Most cleaning jobs can be priced from photos; bigger ones Martin comes out to see.
- The job: We turn up when we said, do the work – nearly always in a day – and clear up after ourselves.
- Pay when happy: Walk round it with us. If you’re happy, that’s when you pay.
FAQ's
Will pressure washing damage my driveway or walls?
Not if the right pressure is used. We jet wash hard surfaces and soft wash render, roofs and painted surfaces.
How long does the cleaning last?
A driveway stays clean for 2–3 years; a roof or render with biocide treatment typically 3–5 years.
Do you need access to water and power?
Water, yes – an outside tap is ideal. Our kit runs off the van.
Do you take a deposit?
No. Pay when it’s done and you’re happy.
