Fascias & Soffits Replacement in Lanarkshire

Rotten, peeling timber roofline replaced with uPVC that never needs painting. Front and back, usually in a day.

What we do

Fascias hold your gutters up; soffits close the gap under the eaves. When they’re timber and the paint’s failed – which is most of the ones around Motherwell, Hamilton and Wishaw – the wood rots, the gutter brackets pull out and birds move into the roof. We strip the old timber, check the rafter ends, and fit new uPVC fascia boards, vented soffits and, where needed, new guttering and downpipes to match.

uPVC roofline won’t rot, won’t need painting, and a wash brings it back to white. We fit it in white as standard, and in colours or woodgrain to match your windows. Most semis and terraces are done front and back in a day.

If the timber is sound and it’s just the paint that’s gone, we can repair and repaint instead – a cheaper fix that several customers in Larkhall and Hamilton have gone for.

Process

  1. Survey – check timber, rafter ends and existing gutters
  2. Strip – old boards and gutters removed
  3. Fit – uPVC fascia, vented soffit, new gutters if needed
  4. Finish – sealed, cleared up, checked with you
